Updated Monday June 23rd.

Well Blizzard those lazy fuckers finally released the new patch we have all been waiting for,
and to everyones dismay.... its a piece of shit.

Anyway here are the 1.12 working/virus free hacks/programs that are currently working.

Breakpoint mods like TMC, BAD-MOD ,G mod work.

These mods appears to still be working in 1.12, though there were reports of Warden scanning for this type of mod back in 1.11b. Use at your own risk.

D2Color
This is very simple Diablo 2 mod that colors runes/gems/keys/organs in game with colors. It also shows rune number in brackets after it's name.

Patched D2Gfx.dll by AntiRush

This is a patched copy of the D2Gfx.dll file that allows multiple instances of D2 to be loaded without D2Loader or other loader replacements. Made by AntiRush.

Failed To Join Game Delay Reducer (Battle.net & TCP/IP versions)

This will turn the 30 seconds wait after failing to join a game into a 5 seconds wait. Not recommended for dialup or other slow connections as you may "fail" a legitimate join attempt otherwise. For those who make games and are annoyed by the recent BNet problems or occasionally join a baal run too soon after the last one, maybe this is useful.

SOJ Count Reporter

The SOJ Count Reporter (commonly just called 'reporter') is a program for Diablo II. It will watch for any SOJ sales/walks in your game and report them to the server so that the bots are immediately updated and accurate count/walk info is available at all times. The count info is available at counts.dcloneirc.net. The latest versions also have the ability to show you the game server IP directly in your Diablo II window.

AutoHammer

Holds shift and attacks for you. Works minimized. See the included .txt file for more information. May or may not contain bugs .

RevealFurther (makhap alt.) D2Loader / Standalone

RevealFurther was developed by TheAce (aka _Ace or gerardolm).
It works by fooling D2 into revealing more than it actually should when you move to a location you haven't explored. This is especially useful when going through dungeons while there is no public decent map=hack.

Show Monsters On Automap Mod

You will see the crosses and the monster name in text on your map. Unique monsters appear in red, so you can easily spot them. Bosses do not appear on map. Only flaw is, monsters have no life bar, and you can't see their stats. That shouldn't be a problem until hell unless you already know what's immune to you.
This works great with reveal map Should substitute until an even better mh is released.

Updated item level viewer for patch 1.12:

Pick up the item, alt+tab and press Enter inside the item level viewer to see the item level. No code intercepts / memory writing so it's very low risk.

EPLite Diablo II v1.12 makhap
EPLite makhap offsets to work with the new Diablo II 1.12 patch. Very simple, reveals entire game.

D2Loader Plugin Corpse Killer (1.12)

Bugfix for corpses in uber leveling. Mephisto's skeletons do not get removed after they die, even though they are invisible. This causes massive amounts of invisible units to be rendered, causing lag and graphical glitches.
This plugin ensures the corpses are properly removed, reducing CPU and graphical load. As a side effect, the corpses become untargetable for corpse explosion or similar spells. Uses code patches, so highly detectable. Untested for 1.12.

Item Drop Notifier (1.12)

Shows a message when certain items of your choice are dropped by monsters. See included documentation for more details.

D2Loader Plugin Warden Watcher

Warden currently loads, but doesn't appear to be scanning or sending / receiving data. To alert the possibility of Warden activity, this DLL will immediately close D2 when it detects Warden scanning. May cause false positives when used in combination with other hacks as it hooks functions that D2 doesn't call, but Warden does.
No guarantee this will help avoid a ban, it's possible Warden could scan and report something before this program has a chance to react, or a new Warden could be released that no longer calls the triggered functions.

D2Loader Plugin GameFilter (GUI) for 1.12

This D2Loader plugin patches some offsets and adds a EditBox to the Join Game menu. Pretty neat, but there is no need to keep it private I think.

Rodik's D2Helper

Rodik's D2Helper is a tool that facilitates the finding on games on a
"hot" IP-number. Usually, you go about using: netstat -n | find "4000"
which is very tidious and slow, if you have to do it for every game.
Also, if you have multiple Diablo II-windows, that method will not
tell you which one is on which ip.

D2Loader Plugin MMHack(Monster/Missile) 1.1 for 1.12

This hack simply lets you see the monsters and missiles on minimap.

D2Loader for 1.12

D2Loader has been updated and released for 1.12. Though this is an official release and no longer an alpha, it is a de facto beta, and thus may not be stable for everyone. For reporting bugs, please include as much information as possible. This includes, but is not limited to: command line switches, D2Loader MD5 (or other hash to verify the correctness of the file), and a screenshot of any errors/bugs.

Redvex, and all its associated plugins, being (for the most part)
entirely packet based should still be working.
They will not be listed here individually due to the sheer number of them.

There is an unlimited wealth of knowledge that can be shared,
